Why skin care is important 

Skin Care is important because it is the foundation of your health and your confidence. Taking care of your skin can have tremendous effects on your self-esteem and confidence because clear, healthy skin greatly effects the way we see ourselves and the way others see us! Poorly maintained skin can cause blackheads, breakouts, acne, rashes, sunburns etc. Understanding how skincare ingredients can help to control or mitigate external factors such as the weather AND internal factors like what sex we are, age, etc. We want to bring education and value to your skincare routine so you can focus on things that make your day more productive and fill you with confidence. 

Why a skincare routine is important 

Skincare routines are important because it provides both cleansing and nourishing of the face's skin cells which in turn lead to a clearer, better complexion. There are many parts of a routine to consider in a skincare routine such as cleansing, nourishing, preventative and periodical maintenance. Cleansing is self explanatory as it involves using either facial cleansers or masks that are used daily or every few days in the case of a mask. Nourishing is where things can get complicated! There are so many types of products that are nourishing for the skin such as serums, moisturizers, eye creams, spot treatments etc. It can be complicated but finding a few solid products with great ingredients can make ALL the difference in your skincare routine. Preventative skin care would be things such as SPF's, Retinol's etc. Products Periodical maintenance skincare products would be things such as face masks, exfoliators, acne creams or anything that dry's the skin!
